I had a disappointing experience at Priya Palace. The hospitality and service were very poor. Despite requesting assistance with my bags twice due to the absence of a lift to the 1st floor, I had to carry them myself. The extra mattress in my room had an unpleasant smell, and the floors were also not well-maintained. The tableware provided was not clean, and I was served on a used plate. Additionally, the room telephone was non-functional, forcing me to visit the reception for any inquiries. Dinner was forgotten until I reminded them at 11 pm, and the washroom was extremely dirty. Considering these issues, there are better options available in the same price range.

Worst ! Worst ! Worst ! Room: untidy, unhygienic, foul smell coming all time, cockroach all around room Washroom are like public toilets. Bed sheet was like mop cleaner. Rooms are very old and poorly maintained. Staff: not good. Food: expensive and not at all tasty. Better go out. WORST EXPERIENCE.....

The hotel is value for money with nice staff, they give a bottle of bisleri once u arrive, every day 2 bottle of bisleri as complimentary. nice cozy rooms, food quality is good with special discounts on selected days menu. staying here and coming on regular basis. i recommend this as a good hotel.

Stay in Priya Palace hotel, Guwahati was not pleasant at all. Photos of room shown is so different. Room was so small. Bathroom was so dirty and with black stains all over comode toilet. Air conditioner was working but broken.
